Coastal Water Bodies — Metropole — Version State of the Places 2019
Description
A coastal water body is a distinct and significant part of the surface waters between the baseline used to measure the breadth of territorial waters and a distance of one nautical mile.
DCE reporting correspondence: this entity corresponds to the Surface Water Body (SWB) concept of WISE where the attribute ‘specialisedZoneType’ = ‘coastalWaterBody’.
The layers are distributed in a format consistent with the SANDRE Data Dictionary of the Water Body Reference, version 1.4.
