Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Solar plant Groß Weide” of the city of Philippsburg from XPlanung 5.0. Description: An outdoor photovoltaic system is to be built on the site of the decommissioned excavation and construction waste landfill. The planning will enable renewable energies to be promoted and used as a follow-up to the landfill.
