Winter Speed Limit Decisions

Description

The Wizard system’s Winter Speed Limit Decisions target category belongs to the decision register’s Restrictions and Decisions dataset. The target category “Winter Speed Limit Decisions” was not included in the road register. The target category refers to the speed limits imposed by administrative decisions. All roads in Finland have a speed limit. The target category does not take a position on the general speed limits, as there is a decree on them directly in section 9 of the Road Traffic Act. Speed limit information derived from traffic signs is maintained in the Digiroad system.
