Income and expenditure of the City of Helsinki

Description

The City of Helsinki's revenue and expenditure since 2009 according to the financial statements. The Excel files that are updated annually contain one-year totals by organisation and account. Some agencies are missing from the 2009-2011 dataset; e.g. Public Works Department and Stara, and unincorporated state enterprises. As of 2012, the data include all the city's agencies and unincorporated state enterprises. The headings of the financial statements have changed in some respects since 2012. From 2012 onwards, the columns of the financial statements for 2009-2011 correspond to the columns of the financial statements as follows: - Office + Office name = Company + Name - Section = Section No - Section name = Section name - Chapter = Chapter No - Chapter name = Chapter name - Item = Item No - Item name = Item name - Cost centre = Unit No - Cost centre name = Profit unit name - Outturn = Outturn Total (ULS, External Calculation Balances) - Account group 3 name = Budget account group - Account name = Principal ledger account name - Account = General ledger account No - Year = Year **NOTE:** On 1 June 2017, the City of Helsinki underwent an organisational reorganisation, after which some of the costs are no longer allocated to the budget sub-categories, so some of the columns are empty for sectors.
