Description

The data offer contains information on traffic volumes (q) and average speeds (v) for each vehicle category per measurement cross-section in the Hessian federal and state road network. The data is aggregated over a time interval of five minutes. (When choosing the "pull" mode of transmission for the subscription, a request for data retrieval must be made to Mobilithek at every five-minute interval to ensure that all data is fully transmitted to users.) The receipt of the data is subject to the conditions of the 'Ordinance establishing the terms of use for the provision of geodata of the Federal Government' (GeoNutzV, http://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/geonutzv/, or download under 'draft contract'). By subscribing to a data publication, you accept the Terms of Use. With regard to the reference to the source, the following rules apply: Each user has to place the source note for all data recognizable and as far as possible in visual connection with the data. If an optical connection is not possible, the source reference must be placed at a suitable place (e.g. in connection with general information on the service offer). In the case of static data, indicate the year of reference of the data. Changes, modifications or other modifications*) must be accompanied by an indication of change in the source note. The source note and the change note shall be drafted as follows: Mobilithek / Mobilithek (data modified). For static data analog: Mobilithek / Mobilithek (data modified). When displayed on a website, the source reference must be linked to the URL 'https://.mobilithek.info'. *) Changes, modifications or other modifications are understood as additions and intersections with other data as well as aggregations (e.g. summaries, formation of averages, etc.). Individual visualizations of the data are not relevant.
