State-managed fisheries lots in Deux-Sèvres.
The procedure for renewing the State’s fishing leases makes it possible to grant tenants of a lease the right to fish in the territory of the lot or lots concerned by the lease. The fishing exercise shall be carried out in accordance with a specification for the exploitation of this right. This notebook is a constituent part of the lease.
Decree No 2010-1173 of 31 December 2010 amending the regulation of freshwater fishing extended the current fishing leases until 31 December 2011. A procedure for the general renewal of the leases of the State’s fishing right is initiated in 2011 in order to establish new leases for the period 2012-2016.
The renewal procedure is specified in Articles R435-1 to D435-33 of the Environmental Code.
In the first half of 2011, the prefects of departments prepared draft consultation documents for their departments.
The lots also include hydrographic sections in the Vendée and Charentes Maritimes territories.
