Description

Development plan for interior development pursuant to Section 13a(1) of the Building Code) pursuant to Section 12(1) of the Building Code in conjunction with Section 2(1) of the Building Code. The aim of the project-related development plan “Fichtestraße / Goethestraße” is to determine the admissibility of residential buildings for groups of people with special residential needs and to upgrade the district by means of an energy/local supply.
