Agricultural spatial data of Hessen:Landscape elements are parts of the agricultural area that are traditionally part of good agricultural cultivation or use practice in accordance with Regulation (EU) 640/2014 Article 9(1), or parts of the agricultural area that contribute to the protection of biodiversity or to the maintenance or restoration of habitats or species in accordance with Article 4(b)(i) of Regulation (EU) 2021/2015.
