Description
The list values from the "Legal Base" code list group/order services for reporting purposes in a 4-level hierarchy: the decree group, an approved decree, a first subdivision and a second subdivision. The structure of these subdivisions may be consistent with the structure of the legal text as laid down in the legal basis. The content of a subdivision can refer to a single service, but when possible it is better to opt for a grouping of (similar) services.
