Description
The Dataset contains the notices, notices and tender results in open format collected by the SCP database - Public Contracts Service managed by the Directorate-General for Regulation and Public Contracts of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport. More information is available on the website [www.serviziocontrattipubblici.it] (http://www.serviziocontrattipubblici.it) which allows contracting authorities to publish notices for works, services and supplies and other information. The Public Contracts Service is one of the national databases owned by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport listed in Annex B to Legislative Decree No 97/2016 (Article 9) amending the publication obligation laid down in the legislation on transparency Legislative Decree No 33/2013 (Article 9bis).
