Digital topographic map 1 : 50 000 (DTK50)
Description
The topographical map work 1:50 000 for Lower Saxony is also offered in the form of raster data, which are part of the ATKIS geobase data. The raster data is available in the standard resolution of 200 lines per cm (508 dpi). Raster data is generated either by scanning analog topographic maps (in old map graphics) or by deriving (signaturing) from digital landscape models (in new map graphics) and georeferenced in the right-angled Gauss-Krüger coordinate system. Each pixel is assigned a right and a high value.
