Development plan Eilbek 5-Marienthal 3 1st change Hamburg
Description
The Act on the development plan Eilbek 5/Marienthal 3 of 4 July 1966 (HmbGVBl. P. 172), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 495, 498) is amended as follows:
1.The attached “Annex to the Ordinance amending the Act on the Eilbek 5/Marienthal 3 development plan” is added to the Act.
2.The following sentences shall be added to Section 2(3):
‘In the industrial areas, retail establishments other than mail order businesses shall be prohibited. Retail trade, including accessories, tools, gardening tools or other construction and garden supplies, are permitted to trade, exhibit or store such articles in motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and equally heavy goods, including accessories, or in building materials, tools, garden tools or other construction and garden supplies. The Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479), is applicable.’
