Development plan Eilbek 5-Marienthal 3 1st amendment Hamburg

Description

The law on the development plan Eilbek 5/Marienthal 3 of 4 July 1966 (HmbGVBl. 172), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. pp. 494, 495, 498), is amended as follows: 1.The annexed "Annex to the Ordinance amending the Act on the Eilbek 5/Marienthal 3 zoning plan" shall be added to the Act. 2.In § 2(3) the following sentences are added: "Retail establishments other than mail-order establishments shall not be permitted in the industrial areas. Exceptionally, retail trade in connection with crafts and manufacturing, as well as businesses that trade in motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and equally space-consuming articles including accessories or with building materials, tools, gardening equipment or other construction and gardening supplies, are permitted to exhibit or store these articles. The Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 466, 479), shall apply.’
