Surficial Geology of the South Whitesand River Area, Alberta (NTS 84O/S) (GIS data, permafrost polygon features)

Description

This GIS dataset depicts the surficial geology of NTS map area 84O south (permafrost polygon features). The data were created in geodatabase format and output for public distribution in shapefile format. The map was prepared by airphoto interpretation of 1:60 000-scale images flown in 1994. There was no ground-truthing.
