Description
Mussel benches in the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea. As part of the Miesmuschel Management Plan, annual mapping of the eulitoral mussel benches in the Wadden Sea of Lower Saxony was carried out. The recording of aerial images was carried out. Blue Mustel beds in the Wadden Sea of Lower Saxony. The Intertidal Blue Mustel beds were determined Yearly in the scope of the blue mussel management plan. Aerial surveys were carried out and aerial photographs were analysed by using a stereoscope to detect the mussel beds.
