Description
The "citizen park settlement" built in 1949-1958 is an important urban development document of the time. Many buildings have now been changed so much that the overall urban design of the settlement is in danger. By specifying design requirements, it is intended to protect the sufficiently found original settlement structure and still leave room for renovations that preserve the closed overall picture of the settlement.
