Geological 3D Model NW-Saxony
Description
The geological model visualises the sequence and distribution of the geological rock layers of the area around Leipzig and NW-Saxony in a 3 dimensional space. The geological model of NW-Saxony is a basic model. This depicts the encountered rock layers from Pretertiary to Quaternary to a depth of 150 m below ground surface. The model was created as a GOCAD model in version 2014/1 and comprises four geological carte leaf units (GK25_2465, 2466, 2565, 2566).
