Description

The health counselling and prevention services presented here include the following services: Eating disorder counseling: Advising people who have an eating disorder or are on their way there, as well as their relatives. Health promotion and prevention: Social situation-related health promotion and prevention in the district, in the family, kindergarten, school, in the company or in old age. Pregnancy and pregnancy conflict counselling: General pregnancy counselling according to § 2 SchKG and conflict counselling according to § 5 SchKG. Health communication for and with migrants: Improving the access of migrants living in Hamburg to the German healthcare system. Children's Health/Early Aid: Addressing and providing psychosocial and health-related support to families with children aged 0-3, strengthening the use of screening. Outpatient cancer counselling: Outpatient psychological counselling, short-term and unbureaucratic for cancer patients and their relatives. Advice on spina bifida and hydrocephalus: Advice, offers and projects for people with spina bifida and hydrocephalus and their relatives. HIV/AIDS counselling: Advising people at risk of contracting HIV or HIV/AIDS, as well as relatives and multipliers. Contact and information for self-help groups: Advising people who want to start a support group or are looking for a support group.
