Description
Cartography of the areas of Andalusia with a stable presence of Iberian lynx ('Lynx pardinus') during the 2021 annuity or where it is expected to be reintroduced in the short term.
The sources of information used have been the location of territorial lynxes (settled for more than a year and that physiologically can be considered as breeding) and the location of specimens that have died from different causes, radiotracking references of individuals marked with collars (GPS and VHF), animals identified by phototrapping and signs of presence. Likewise, the areas where the reintroduction of the species is planned in the short term have been considered.
All the initial information is considered sensitive in accordance with article 13.2.h) of Law 27/2006, of July 18, regulating the rights of access to information, public participation and access to justice in environmental matters.
