Development plan Hammerbrook 7-Klostertor 8 1st amendment Hamburg

The Hammerbrook 7/ Klostertor 8 Development Plan Act of 9 October 1985 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette page 284) is amended as follows:
1.The enclosed "Annex to the Ordinance amending the Act on the Hammerbrook 7/ Klostertor 8 zoning plan" shall be added to the Act.
2.Section 2(3) is replaced by the following:
"3. For the shaded area in the corner area Süderstraße/Hammerbrookstraße in the southern part of the plan area, the industrial area designation is converted into a core area. The Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I page 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Federal Law Gazette I pages 466, 479), shall apply.'
3. Paragraph 2(8) is replaced by the following:
"8. Only uses pursuant to Section 8(2)(2) and (3) of the Building Use Ordinance as well as warehouses and storage areas are permitted in the industrial area."
