Purchase invoices of the City of Hämeenlinna 2013
Description
The publication includes the City of Hämeenlinna’s external purchases by invoice line from 2013 except for lines restricted by data protection. In practice, accounts that are protected by the Personal Data Act and anonymised lines where the payee is a private individual have been cut off from the files.
In the material, the account describes the purpose of the purchase and the cost location of the buyer in the city. The supplier is the seller of a product or service that has received payment. Invoices are net prices excluding VAT. The cost location and account information in the recording plan, including different levels, can be attached to the data by using the cost point or account number.
