Land use plan (municipality of Giesen)
Description
The land use plan is a preparatory construction plan. It contains a plan drawing with justification. It belongs to the system of “space planning”, with which the urban development of the municipalities is controlled. The land use plan forms the basis for development plans developed from the land use plan (two-stage land management planning). The land use plan is drawn up by the municipality within the planning authority. It regulates the type of land use for the entire municipality. The land use plan consists of one or more plans with the drawings and a detailed written justification. Changes to the existing land use plan are also possible for sub-areas.
