Description
The set contains information about drafts of normative legal acts prepared by the State Agency of Water Resources of Ukraine (State Water Agency). In particular, names, types, dates of publication, document publishers, etc. In accordance with the Regulations on the State Agency of Water Resources of Ukraine, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014, 393, the State Water Agency does not issue normative legal acts. Within the limits of its powers, the State Water Agency carries out preparation of drafts of normative and legal acts approved by the Ministry of Environment.
