Development plan Rahlstedt 35 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
The Rahlstedt 35 Building Plan Act of 2 February 1970 (HmbGVBl. P. 47), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 495, 501), is amended as follows:
1. The attached “Appendix to the Ordinance amending the Rahlstedt 35 Building Plan Act” is added to the Act.
2. In § 2(3), the following sentences are added:
‘Retail establishments with the exception of mail order establishments shall be prohibited. The Baunut-zung Ordinance, as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479).’
