Development Plan Rahlstedt 35 1st Amendment Hamburg
Description
The law on the development plan Rahlstedt 35 of 2 February 1970 (HmbGVBl. 47), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. pp. 494, 495, 501), is amended as follows:
1. The annexed "Annex to the Ordinance amending the Act on the Rahlstedt 35 Development Plan" is added to the Act.
2. In § 2(3), the following sentences are added:
"Retail establishments other than mail-order establishments shall be prohibited. The relevant regulation is the Baunut-zungsverordnung in the version of 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479)."
