Description
In accordance with the Waste Balance Ordinance, the municipal and rural districts, on the basis of §3(2) LAbfG, annually draw up waste balance sheets for their disposal area (district), in which the generation of waste, insofar as it is served to the public waste disposal providers (örE), is presented in the breakdown by type of waste and the whereabouts of the waste by type of disposal. The advent describes the type and quantity of municipal waste generated and disposed of in the area of the örE. The waste balance sheets prepared by the örE are evaluated by the Federal Statistical Office on behalf of the EUTM.
