Toilet Map Vienna - Augmented Reality App

Description

The "Toilet Map Vienna" takes over the geocoordinates of the data set "[Public toilet facilities - locations](http://www.data.gv.at/sucheDetail/?id=d9f5e582-3773-4f0b-8403-5d34718f6cf7)" and since v2.0 the locations of the dog puppy donors and displays them in an augmented reality browser (Layar or Wikitude). Augmented reality is the computer-assisted extension of reality perception. For example, additional information or virtual objects can be displayed that provide additional information about visible reality. Depending on the current location, the nearest toilets can be displayed via a smartphone. The locations can also be filtered by category, for example only toilets with disabled cabins. ### Availability The Layar and Wikitude augmented reality apps are available for: * iPhone + Layar: from 3GS * Android smartphones * Symbian smartphones (Nokia) * Newer BlackBerry models Update: the "Toiliet Map" is no longer available for Wikitude, because the necessary web service has been discontinued.
