Area backdrop Erosion hazard according to DGLG for Schleswig-Holstein

Description

In connection with area backdrops of the Permanent Grassland Conservation Act (DGLG), only areas that are relevant under this Act are presented. This includes areas that are subject to a very high risk of wind erosion according to DIN 19706 on the basis of the location-dependent risk of erosion and the protective effect of wind obstacles, as well as areas that are subject to a high or very high natural risk of water erosion according to ENAT4 or ENAT 5 according to DIN 19708 (2005-02) on the basis of the slope, the fine soil type of the topsoil and a surface runoff and rain erosion factor of 50. The corresponding areas are subject to the provisions of the DGLG, in particular according to § 3, paragraph 1, point 1 (prohibition of conversion) and according to § 3, paragraph 4 (restoration of a grassland scar). The above-mentioned erosion hazard levels apply to the area reference variable field block. This may consist of several sub-areas or plots that can be farmed differently and/or by several farmers. For these subsurfaces, other erosion hazard levels may arise. The layer is visible in the scale range from 1:5,000 to 1:50,000 inclusive. The optimal scale is 1:10,000.
