Description
The “Bürgerparksiedlung”, which was built in 1949-1958, is an important historical document for urban planning. Many buildings have been changed to such an extent that the overall urban landscape of the settlement is at risk. By laying down design requirements, the aim is to protect the sufficiently found original settlement structure and still leave room for renovations that preserve the closed overall picture of the settlement.
