Description
Mapping of known land monuments according to Art.1(4) and Art.2 BayDSchG (Menkmal List). The number of actual soil monuments may be higher. The monument property does not depend on the mapping and entry into the Bavarian monument list. Objects that are not listed in the Bavarian Monument List can also be monuments if they meet the criteria laid down in Art.1 BayDSchG. For all projects, an early participation of the Bavarian State Office for Conservation of Monuments in accordance with Art.7 BayDSchG is necessary.
