Tourist pedestrian guidance system - Stelendetails
Description
With the introduction of a tourist pedestrian guidance system for the historic city center, the city of Dresden responded to the heavy tourist traffic. At the end of 2004, the first stele of the tourist guidance system was presented in front of the log cabin at the Neustädter Markt. By the end of 2005, some of which were financed by sponsorship contributions, signposts had been installed at 39 selected locations within the inner city ring. These steles serve as orientation for visitors and guests of the city and point out Dresden's most important cultural-historical and tourist attractions.
