ALKIS - Basic data/Inventory data extract of the city of Bremerhaven
Description
In the Official Property Cadastre Information System (ALKIS®) all data of the Property Cadastre are merged. It contains the data of the formerly separate Automated Property Map (ALK), the Automated Property Book (ALB) and the border verification. ALKIS® contains a nationwide, object-based data model in which the spatial (map) and non-spatial (book) data are systematically linked and maintained without redundancy. The data is stored with metadata and history management. A nationwide defined ALKIS basic database is available to the user. These include: Land plots/location/points, actual use, buildings, structures/facilities/other facilities, owners, legal definitions/territorial units/catalogs, relief, user profiles, migration. The data are submitted via the standardised standard-based exchange interface (NAS) in a user-related inventory data update procedure (NBA procedure).
