Description
Processing status of flood risk management plans (HWRM-P), which are to be drawn up in accordance with the EU Flood Management Directive and in accordance with Sections 73 to 75 and 79(1) of the Water Resources Act for second-order waters.
Differences are made according to:
- HWRM-P completed (including decision/confirmation by City Council)
- HWRMP in progress
- HWRMP foreseen
- no HWRMP required.
