Policy spatial layouts HWN

Description

Policy spatial layouts are network layouts used for administrative purposes. These are typical classifications according to characteristics that you cannot deduce from the physical way. Examples of the policy spatial layouts are: Network Categorization, Network Links, System Parts, Route Boxes (from connection to connection), Route Names (VILD), IM+ areas. All these classifications are used to ensure a specific level of performance corresponding to the policy principles of the road section in question. A classification according to e.g. the availability of road signs or public lighting is therefore not a policy spatial classification but a physical classification.
