Nitrogen-sensitive Natura 2000 sites
Description
Natura 2000 is the coherent network of protected natural areas in the European Union consisting of Birds Directive and Habitats Directive Areas. For the purpose of the Subsidieregeling Realisation NNB(Nature Network Brabant), Accelerated recovery N2000 areas with Classification for subsidy paragraph 5, a selection of nitrogen-sensitive areas has been made. A different view has been chosen for a number of areas (‘Other Natura 2000 site’). Namely the (province) cross-border areas that have been designated as nitrogen sensitive as a whole, but where there are no nitrogen sensitive values within Brabant. And therefore, from this specific grant paragraph, there is no problem.
