Description
At the level of forecast rooms, the median of the net rents required in rental housing offers in 2018 is presented.
In 2018, a median rent of EUR 10.32/m² per month (net cold) was calculated for the rental apartments offered in publications. Average bid prices of EUR 12.00/m² were recorded within the S-Bahn ring.
