Establishments of collective catering — Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes
Description
This dataset includes establishments and their units of activity known by the departments of the departmental directorates responsible for protecting the population of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
Establishments must declare their collective catering activities and are in certain cases subject to authorisation (health approval or derogation from the health approval requirement).
The activity of collective catering is to serve meals in communities outside the private home and is divided into three areas:
— education (school and university catering);
— health and social (hospital catering, retirement homes, penitentiary establishments);
— work (restoration of enterprises and administrations).
