National specifications of spontaneous feedback
Description
The national definitions of spontaneous feedback include a concept description and requirements at national level to create a spontaneous feedback model for social and health care. The operating model has been built to be independent of the industry. The HyvisSADe cooperation project carried out localisation and piloting of specifications. In cooperation with the national definition and the work done by Hyvis and practical experiences, a general operating model guideline was prepared for national dissemination, which other organisations can use as a model for the development of spontaneous feedback collection and processing.
