Description
Evaluate the accessibility and availability of clean point facilities, to enhance the collection of special waste and materials such as furniture, clothing, paints, fluorescents, etc., which can be recycled and / or reused or that due to their danger must be treated. The definition of the indicator is partially based on indicator number 4 "EXISTENCE OF PUBLIC GREEN AREAS AND LOCAL SERVICES" of the EUROPEAN COMMON INDICATORS, which mentions proximity to recycling containers, and more specifically on the indicator "Proximity to clean points" of the City of Vitoria-Gasteiz, where the proximity intervals and their assessment have been defined, in particular: Optimal distance: less than 300 m. (b) Good distance: 300 to 500 m. (c) Upgradable distance: 500 to 1000 m. d) Poor distance: greater than 1000 m.
