Nice city centre for visitors -survey results
Description
The data includes the answers to the Kivakeskus for walkers survey. The data was collected between 17 September and 19 October 2014. The survey received nearly 1,800 map comments.
The survey asked, among other things: What is it like to walk downtown? Where is the best buzzing place or a good place to calm down? What do you think should be done to make the streets, squares, parks and pedestrian tunnels more comfortable?
The answers help planners at the City Planning Department to pay attention to the places and things that city dwellers find most important. The survey is part of the general plan for the pedestrian centre under preparation. Planning will begin in 2015.
**Data fields**
QUESTION is the category of the map comment, i.e. the characterisation (set by the survey author) given to the map entries placed in the Tell on Map service.
SUBJECT and COMMENT are written by the respondents. If the respondent has not entered anything in the box that opens after the map entry, SUBJECT says "Map entry only". Otherwise, it will show the beginning of the respondent's text. COMMENT contains the full answer.
