Description
The project-related development plan Winterhude 13 for the scope between Barmbeker Straße and Gei-belstraße (district of Hamburg-Nord, district 412) is established.
The plan area shall be limited as follows:
Geibelstraße — northern boundary of parcels 3468 and 3467 of the area Winterhude — Barmbeker Straße — southern boundary of parcel 3467 — east boundary of parcel 1467 of the area Winterhude — Knickweg — South and west boundary of parcel 1467, southern boundary of parcel 3468 of the Winterhude area.
