Hydrological catchment areas of the entertainment associations (UHV) in Lower Saxony and Bremen
Description
On the basis of the basic catchment areas of the hydrographic map, a geodata inventory has been generated with the hydrological catchment areas for all persons subject to maintenance obligations in waters 1. Order and Waters 2. Order in Bremen and Lower Saxony.For each basic catchment area of the hydrographic map is attributively recorded which entertainment association (UHV) is responsible for the main water. Based on this UHV attribute, the base catchment areas were grouped/aggregated into UHV units. After that, all waters are 1. Order has been entered into the aggregated UHV geometries so that the stock can be differentiated between catchment areas of waters 2. Order and Waters 1. The geometries merely reflect the hydrological conditions, this is not to be equated with the competence of the persons responsible for maintenance. Responsibility for waters 1 and 2. Regulations and their maintenance are laid down in the list of waters 1. Regulation (Water Budget Act of the Federal Government, WHG) and in the list of waters 2. Order (Annexes in the Lower Saxony Water Act, NWG).
