Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “On the Bergel — 1st Amendment” of the city of Bretten from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Bplan, general residential area, 1st Amendment: Demarcation, fixings adapted, local building regulations are supplemented.
