Description
The development plan Allermöhe 28 for the area of application south of the Federal motorway A 25 at the junction Allermöhe (District of Bergedorf, district 610) is established.
The area shall be limited as follows:
Allermöher Deich — via parcel 3075 — via parcel 6925 — over parcel 3073 — northeast boundary of parcel 3073 — via parcel 4580 (Allermöher Pumpwerksgraben) — over parcel 3073 — south-west border of parcel 3073 — southeast, south-west and south-east borders of the parcel 6925 of the Allermöhe area.
