High-Vienna: urban envelope (workspace for land deposits)
Description
Delimitation of so-called “urbanised” spaces within the municipalities in which pre-identification of land deposits potentially available for housing construction is carried out.
In the context of the study on land deposits, the urban envelope is the space within which land reserves must be identified. The objective is to identify the land that remains available within spaces already artificialised or urbanised. The challenge of detecting land deposits is directly linked to that of a more economical management of space: it is a question of optimising the land which, structurally, is already “used”.
