List of objects of communal property that are leased or other right of use (with data on the conditions of transfer of objects for rent or conditions of other use) before the expiry of the term established by paragraph 6 of the section "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "On Lease of State and Municipal Property"
Description
The set contains data on the objects of communal property of the Uzhgorod City Council, which are leased or other right to use. The set consists of two resources: listProzorroSales - a list of rental objects, information about which is included in the ProZorro.Sale system;
list - list of leased objects, information about which is not included in the system - Part 9 of Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "On Lease of State and Municipal Property" (hereinafter - the Law) determines that the lists are published in the electronic trading system.
The procedure for the lease of state and communal property approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated June 3, 2020 Ü 483 determined that lease agreements are promulgated by the landlord in the electronic trading system (paragraph 81).
In accordance with paragraph 6 of the Final and Transitional Provisions of the Law, within 24 months from the date of entry into force of the Law, lease agreements (acting on the date of entry into force of the Law) are published in the electronic trading system. Thus, to comply with these legal requirements, all leased objects were included in the electronic trading system.
In connection with the above, data on rental objects, information about which is not included in the electronic trading system can not be published.
