Description
In the Bavarian Regional Development Programme (LEP) with Zones A, B and C, the Alpine Plan regulates the development of the Bavarian Alps with transport projects, such as cable cars and lifts, as far as public transport is concerned, ski, grass-skiing and skibob runs, toboggan and summer slides, public roads, private roads and private roads (with the exception of hiking trails) and airfields (cf. 2.3.3 to 2.3.6 LEP). Only the publication in Bavarian Law and Ordinance Gazette No. 16 of 30.8.2013 (sheet 2 and 3) and No. 23 of 3.12.2019 (sheet 1) is legally binding on a scale of 1:100,000.
