Description
Pursuant to Section 193(5) of the Building Code – BauGB – the expert committee for the determination of land values in Freiburg i. Br. To determine soil benchmarks in accordance with the provisions of the BauGB and the Expert Committee Ordinance. At its meetings of 17 May 2011 and 18 May 2011, the Expert Committee for the Determination of Land Values in Freiburg i. Br. decided on the ground benchmark values indicated in the soil benchmark map as at 31.12.2010, taking into account § 196 BauGB and § 12 of the Review Committee Ordinance for Baden-Württemberg.
