Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Stellplatzsatzung” of the municipality of Sulzfeld from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Local building regulations to increase the vehicle parking obligation for dwellings.
