Development plan Jenfeld 7 1st amendment Hamburg

Description

The law on the development plan Jenfeld 7 of 14 February 1969 (HmbGVBl. 14), as last amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. pp. 494, 495, 501), is amended as follows: 1.The annexed "Annex to the Ordinance amending the Act on the Jenfeld 7 Development Plan" shall be added to the Act. 2.Section 2(3) is replaced by the following: "3. Retail establishments, with the exception of mail-order establishments, are not permitted in the industrial areas. By way of exception, retail trade in conjunction with crafts and manufacturing is permitted. The Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 466, 479), shall apply.’
